GHD showcased its leading edge information management solution at the Bentley Systems’ Year in Infrastructure Conference in Singapore.
Paul Murphy, GHD’s Technical Applications Leader, took part in Bentley Regional Executive ANZ, Brian Middleton’s keynote presentation on digital transformation of project delivery.
“Clients are awakening to intelligence in design and how consistent digital information can enable data to be shared and managed throughout all phases of a project and beyond,” Paul says.
David Nicholson, GHD’s Collaboration Technology Manager, spoke about the company approach to enterprise automation to create a Common Data Environment (CDE) for every project.
“Having a single source of data not only enables projects to be delivered more efficiently, it also provides built-in quality and transparency to minimise and address any errors. The underlying idea of this CDE is to provide the right information to the right person at the right time,” David says.
This foundation enables GHD to harness quality data, creating value for clients in new ways like the development of true digital twins of their assets in the future.
GHD’s CDE is a finalist in Bentley’s Year in Infrastructure Awards from more than 570 award entries globally.
In collaboration with Bentley Systems, GHD has delivered an up- to-date ProjectWise solution that enables standardised and consistent management of information. Automation of both project initiation workflows and project delivery workflows, underpinned by ISO19650, ensures efficiency and reliability, while being flexible enough to accommodate client needs and standards.
