One of the world’s leading engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services companies, GHD, has appointed Frank Riley as Principal Consultant – Property Advisory. Based in Brisbane, Frank will help broaden GHD’s service offerings in the aged care and health sectors.
GHD provides an extensive range of technical services tailored for the needs of the health and aged care clients. Recent experience includes fire sprinkler upgrades and building services design and refurbishment works for numerous residential aged care and retirement village facilities.

Frank has extensive experience in the management of large, diverse and geographically dispersed property and real estate portfolios. He has a particular focus on achieving cost and revenue outcomes in both capital development and operational facilities management.
Most recently, Frank managed a portfolio of more than 475 sites as Director Property Services for Blue Care and UnitingCare Queensland, one of the largest aged care, retirement living and community health organisations in Australia.
