Liz Tinlin, Service Line Leader for Bridges has been selected to join Roads Australia 2022 Australia Fellowship Program.
The Roads Australia (RA) Fellowship Program is an exclusive opportunity to be part of a national mentoring initiative, aimed at developing our industry’s next generation leaders. The program runs for 12 months with a new intake each November. Since its inception in 2015, the program has been highly sought after and supported by industry leaders, with mentors including current and former chief executives of road and transport agencies.
Liz is passionate about well-designed and efficient bridge and transport systems. She is keen to develop her leadership skills in fostering holistic, systematic thinking and customer-centric design. One of her strengths is her ability to draw upon key skills within our business from our bridge, hydrology, geotechnical, civil engineering, and roads engineering teams to deliver smart transport solutions to our clients.
“I’m excited to be a part of the program to build my own leadership skills and create lasting and valuable networks more broadly across industry,” says Liz
“The RA Fellowship Program offers a unique way for up-and-coming leaders to enhance their skills and their industry networks. The Program is a vital element of RA’s commitment to champion a diverse, inclusive, sustainable and values-led organisation and industry,” said Roads Australia CEO Michael Kilgariff.
“Liz continues to add significant value on many key GHD projects and initiatives. We are proud of her success to join the Fellowship Program and consider her to be amongst the top emerging talent in our workforce in terms of output, influence, and leadership potential,” says Mikel Alonso, Australian Market Leader – Transport for GHD.
