Before joining GHD, Jan founded, led and grew his own organisational psychology consulting firm, where he continues to serve as a non-executive Chairman. As a consultant he has coached numerous organisational leaders around the world.
Jan holds degrees in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and North-West University. He has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Based in Houston, Texas, Jan has lived in four and worked in more than 30 different countries.
