Global professional services company GHD has appointed David Bartholomew as a non-executive director.

David is an experienced global company director who has served on the boards of listed companies, private companies, joint ventures, and government-owned corporations operating in the energy utilities, transportation and industrial sectors. He currently serves on the boards of Atlas Arteria, Endeavour Energy, Keolis Downer and is Chair of Nasdaq-listed Iris Energy and Atmos Renewables Group.

An experienced CEO, David previously led DUET Group, which had interests in regulated energy utilities and electricity generation in Australia, USA and the UK. He has also held senior roles at BHP, Boston Consulting and Lend Lease.

David gained a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from Adelaide University and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He also completed the Directors’ Colloquium at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
